This Privacy Policy explains how BRK Concept Frontiers OPC, operator of the Sago Loco Pearl Shakes brand ("Sago Loco," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information gathered through our website (sagoloco.com), our Facebook Messenger franchise assistant, and related SMS communications (together, our "Channels").

We collect personal information directly from you when you interact with our Channels:

We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information through our Channels. Please do not send this kind of information to us through the inquiry form, Messenger, or SMS.

• Respond to your franchise inquiry and answer your questions
• Send confirmation and follow-up messages about your inquiry, by email, Messenger, or SMS
• Maintain an internal record of franchise leads for our sales and franchising team
• Improve our website and franchise onboarding process

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your franchise inquiry without asking you first.

3. How We Store and Share Your Information

Franchise inquiry details are stored in a private, access-controlled Google Sheet used only by the Sago Loco / BRK Concept Frontiers OPC team.

We use the following third-party service providers to operate our Channels; each handles data as your data processor, under our instructions:

• Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script) — stores and processes website inquiry submissions
• Meta / Facebook Messenger (via ManyChat) — powers our Messenger franchise assistant; Messenger interactions are also subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy
• Semaphore — sends SMS confirmations and follow-up messages to your mobile number
• Cloudflare — provides cookieless, aggregate website traffic analytics (see Section 4)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or a valid request from the National Privacy Commission or another government authority.

4. Website Analytics and Cookies

Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. It measures aggregate page visits and performance and does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information. Because no cookies are used for this purpose, no cookie consent banner is required.

We keep franchise inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to process your inquiry, follow up with you, and maintain our business records, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
